BALEARNER.ORG is one of the innovative education solutions of the Bunmi Adedayo Foundation, a nonprofit organization that is committed to improving the learning outcomes of primary education in Nigeria. The ‘B’ and ‘A’ in the bealearner.org both stands as an acronym for Bunmi Adedayo and communicates a message to all educators to continue to learn and improve themselves for continuous efficiency and professional delivery.
BALEARER.ORG is funded with the Google Impact Challenge Grants to train primary school teachers in different areas of competencies including but not limited to pedagogy, professional development, leadership, subject competencies, and best professional practices among many others.
The goal of this learning management system is to make professional development of teachers, school leaders and pupils easy, accessible, and affordable. The LMS provides quality teaching and learning courses for educators in Nigeria in a bid to improving the teaching and learning experiences in our educational system. It will serve as a knowledge repository for teachers, school leaders and learners where they can take courses, access, and download updated teaching and learning resources for use within and outside the classroom.
